ADMISSION IN REGULAR / NON SUBSIDIZED CLASSES WILL BE SRICITY ON MERIT BASIS
“ FIRST COME – FIRST SERVE “ POLICY WILL NOT BE ADDOPTED FOR ADMISSION
- A candidate should pass Matric with science subject or its equal examination and study the subjects of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English. He should not be awarded “F” Grade in aggregate.
- A candidate will be granted temporary admission that is confirmed after the verification of his original Matric Certificate by the concerned Secondary Board. Admission of a candidate who provides Bogus Certificates and documents will be cancelled and he is handed over to police.
- According to Government Notification No. SO (P1) 11-43/86 dated 15.09.1992, A Hafiz-e-Quran is granted 20 extra marks while forming admission merit. He has to provide original certificate with his admission form. Further more, before granting admission, a team of teachers would take his test and declare him pass.
- NCC marks are not included in merit.
- Candidates who have passed subjects of Industrial Arts (Woodwork, Metal Work and Electrical) from Secondary Board will also be awarded 20 marks while forming merit and their marks are added in their aggregate and shown in their result card.
Physical Eligibility
A Candidate must be physically fit and mentally healthy.

1). Upper age limit for DAE students for nGCT & GPI will be 18 years. However , Principal concerned is hereby authorized to relax upper age limit for one year.
2). Hafiz-e- Quran will be given age relaxation up to ( 03 ) Three years by the Principal concerned
Note:
Overage applications will not be considered after formation, publication and pasting of merit list.
